🧠 Job Responsibilities – Legal Directorate

The Young Professional (Legal) at IN-SPACe will be responsible for the following legal and regulatory functions:

• Liaising with Government Ministries / Departments on legal matters
• Conducting due diligence and background checks of applicants seeking license/authorization
• Assessing company backgrounds and statutory compliance
• Providing legal inputs to IN-SPACe in disputes arising out of grant or denial of licenses
• Strategizing and handling disputes and litigation related to liabilities arising from licensed space activities
• Developing legal evaluation frameworks for assessing IN-SPACe proposals
• Drafting legal documents, opinions, and regulatory notes
