    Scribe Conditions

    • Scribe must not be a law graduate or pursuing law.
    • Scribe’s qualification must be one level below the candidate.
    • All supporting documents must be produced at the examination venue.

    Failure to produce documents will lead to cancellation of candidature.

      • With prescribed notice
    • No compensation is payable on termination
    • Final engagement is subject to:

    ⚖️ Jurisdiction Clause

    • Any dispute arising out of the recruitment or engagement of Supreme Court Law Clerk-cum-Research Associates shall be subject to:
