    During the period of engagement, Young Professionals will be governed by the following conditions.

    • Must comply with the Official Secrets Act, 1923.
    • Shall not disclose any official data without authorization.
    • Shall maintain integrity, honesty, and professional conduct.
    • Shall not use the Government of India or DGFT name, emblem, or official seal without prior written approval.
    • Must comply with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.
    • Required to execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Non-Compete Agreement on a โ‚น10 stamp paper at the time of joining.
