Educational Qualification: NFRA Young Professional (Legal) Recruitment 2026

Candidates must possess:

• LL.B. Degree from a recognized University or Institution, or
• Five-Year Integrated B.A. LL.B. Degree from a recognized University.

Essential Experience

• Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience in legal matters.
• Experience in legal research, drafting petitions, counter affidavits, replies, legal opinions, agreements, contracts, notices, and other legal documentation.
• Good computer proficiency including MS Office, internet research and legal databases.

Desirable Qualification

Preference may be given to candidates having:

• LL.M., preferably in Corporate Law.
• Experience in Corporate Law or Financial Regulation.
• Experience in Government Departments, Regulatory Authorities or Statutory Bodies.

Age Limit

Candidates should not be more than 32 years as on the last date of receipt of applications.

Salary: NFRA Young Professional (Legal) Recruitment 2026

No additional allowances are generally admissible unless specifically provided in the contract.

Tenure of Engagement

• Initial appointment will be purely on contract basis.
• Engagement is temporary and does not confer any right for regular appointment.
